What OwedList is

OwedList is an information service. We show class action settlements that may match your answers and link you to the official claim site. We are not a law firm, we do not give legal advice, we do not represent you, and we do not file claims or collect money from settlements on your behalf. Whether you qualify is decided only by each settlement's own rules.

The numbers

Every dollar figure on the site is an estimate: the advertised maximum or a reported payout from a published source. Actual payments are often lower and depend on the number of claims filed. Each settlement shows the date we last verified it.

Subscriptions

A subscription starts with a 1-day trial for $0.99, then renews at $39.99 per month, billed by Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the link in your receipt email or at owedlist.com/login; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Our refund promise is in the refund policy.

Your responsibilities

You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for checking each settlement's eligibility rules and deadlines yourself before filing.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
